See https://bugs.launchpad.net/brz/+bug/1708046 for the bug tracking
rebase support; I hope to work on this sometime in Breezy 3.1, based
on TreeTransform.
There is no port of qbzr to Breezy at the moment, and I'm not aware of
anybody working on such a port at the moment. Besides porting qbzr
from Bazaar to Breezy, it also needs to port away from Qt4 -

And if you want to run it on Debian Testing/Unstable, you would also
need to port it to Python 3.
