  * New upstream release.
  * Increase test timeout to 2000s.
    - Hopefully this gives slow buildds enough time to run the Qt5Autogen test.
      (Closes: #876378)
  * Switch to python3 sphinx.
  * Remove upgrade maintainer scripts from before stretch.
