  * Backport security fixes:
    - prevent OOM in gtTileContig() ,
    - prevent OOM in TIFFFetchStripThing() ,
    - CVE-2017-12944, OOM prevention in TIFFReadDirEntryArray()
      (closes: #872607),
    - avoid floating point division by zero in initCIELabConversion() .
