   * New maintainer.
   * New upstream version.
   * Include krsh and the ktelnet link in the kftgt package.
   * kftgt conflicts with kerberos4kth-clients and heimdal-clients, since
     it depends on krb5-clients which already does this.  Take advantage of
     that to remove the diversion for klogin.
   * Remove the kftgtd inetd invocation completely in the prerm rather than
     just disabling it (so that install followed by remove returns
     inetd.conf to its previous state), but only do this on remove or
     deconfigure, not on upgrade.
   * Dependency fixes:  Use dh_perl to get Perl dependencies, move the
     netbase dependency to kftgtd, add a dependency on tcpd since the
     default inetd rule uses it, and remove the kftgtd dependency on Perl.
   * Reorganize debian/rules to support unoptimized builds, build the
     packages together, and use dh_install.
   * Distinguish between kftgt and kftgtd in the short description.
   * Update standards version to 3.6.1 (no changes needed).
   * Update debhelper compatibility level to V4.
