   * d/rules: Drop dup cp of dashboards. python-django-horizon uses update-
     alternatives to point /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard
     at /usr/lib/python*/dist-packages/openstack_dashboard.
   * New upstream release for OpenStack Rocky.
   * d/control: Align (Build-)Depends with upstream.
