  * Don't run tests at build time

  * Update symbols from build logs

  * Move away from dhmk and set compat level to 11 in order to reduce
    delta with Debian
  * Execute the tests as autopkgtests, apparently they can't be executed
    in debian/rules without getting the 'providertest' failing
