gnome-paint (0.4.0-6) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Rebuild against gcc-8.
  * debian/control:
    + Bump debhelper compat to v11.
    + Bump Standards-Version to 4.2.1.
    + Update Vcs fields and use the git repo under Salsa Debian group.
    + Update my uploader email address and use the @debian.org one.
    - Remove unnecessary build-dependency dh-autoreconf.
  * debian/rules:
    + Enable full hardening.
