    + Register the new embedded tarball in source/include-binary
    * Refresh copyright for the tarball.
  * Deprecate the get-orig-tarball target in rules.

  * Patch: Let jldownload be verbose and download from file:// URI.
    + debian/patches/jldownload-verbose-fakedownload.patch
  * rules: Don't install any .gitignore file!
  * rules: Update the TAGGED_RELEASE_BANNER to avoid confusion.
  * Update the matching pattern in lintian overrides.
  * Patch: disable unversioned-system-load-path.patch .
  * Autopkgtest: One more script to test arpack sanity.
