  * Python 3.7.0 beta 4 release.
  * Fix library name in python debug pkgconfig file. Addresses: #894498.
  * Re-enable pgo/lto builds.
  * Update autopkg tests to really run with 3.7.
  * Make the build of the shared modules verbose again.
