tclreadline (2.3.1+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Switch to new upstream (Flightaware).
  * Repackage the upstream tarball with a few dangling symlinks pointing
    outside the building tree removed.
  * Refresh patches, remove most of them since they are included upstream.
  * Adapt debian/watch for the new upstream.
  * Add the Salsa VCS headers.
  * Bump the debhelper compatibility level to 10.
  * Get rid of autotools-dev build dependency.
  * Bump the standards version to 4.1.3.
