  * debian/tests: Add allow-stderr restriction instead of fidling with
    warnings.
  * debian/patches: Apply backported patch from pycryptodome to Fix ElGamal
    key generation (CVE-2018-6594). (Closes: #889999)
  * debian/copyright: Update copyright years.
