    - Various bug fixes
    - Translation updates
  * Make versioned dependency on debhelper backports safe.
  * Activate Wine as interpreter for Windows executables in wine-binfmt
    (closes: #819255).
  * Set branch names for stable releases/buster.
  * Update maintainer address to debian-wine at lists.debian.org (closes: #897120).
  * Move version control to salsa.debian.org.
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.1.4 (no changes needed).
  * Set Rules-Requires-Root: no.
  * Drop breaks/replaces to old Ubuntu packages.
    The transition to the Debian packages has been done now in Ubuntu 18.04.
  * Update README.debian:
    - Update links.
    - Adapt examples to new upstream versioning system.
    - Hint to wine-gecko status (closes: #891461).
    - Editorial changes.
  * Update copyright years.
  * Refresh patches.
