  * This package doesn't use GConf but ends up linking with it because
    libgnomui depends on it and exposes this dependency via its pkg-config file.
    Pass --as-needed to the linker to avoid that. (Closes: #886078)

  * Switch to compat level 11.
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.2.1.
