  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - d/patches/fix-ppc64el-miscompile: Do not optimize two functions gcc
      miscompiles on ppc64el (see upstream issue 378).
    - d/patches/test-sin-lround-instead: Use lround instead of getenv, as this
      passes on all architectures without errors.

  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.2.1, no changes needed.
