  * replace more-sigpipe-ignore.patch with an upstream commit ignoring SIGPIPE
    in all forking tests
  * bump the version of the libnet-ssleay-perl (build) dependency as to
    require proper openssl 1.1.1 support
  * add myself to Uploaders
  * patch extra =back in POD
