I am using version 2.2.1.1 which ships with Ubuntu Linux 5.04 (Hoary).  I have
witnessed this bug consistently on every desktop I have installed Ubuntu on (our
office is finally going to Linux, yeah!).  It appears that even if I delete the
account from evolution and then logout, it is not enough to flush the
information of the old account.  I have confirmed that I must delete the
~/.gconf/apps/evolution folder entirely (I also deleted ~/.evolution, but I
don't think that this folder is the culprit).  This problem could also be
happening for other types of groupware accounts, but I only have MS Exchange to
test.
