Well, IMHO the behaviour of a few pango API functions [viz.
pango_layout_iter_next_cluster()] has changed with the newer version. Programs
that depend on those functions are thus broken as the functions are not backward
compatible. Thus Scintilla is broken due to this. I think Scintilla needs to be
adapted to the API change or the pango devels need to introduce some sort of
backward compatibility. So in a way it can be said that it's not a bug at all
... just temporary breakage due to change in the API. Correct me if I am wrong.
