Well, ignore this bug.  I thought it was a bug, but it isn't.  I was just repeating one letter and 
it appeared that there was no word-wrap.  However, when one types normally, everything wraps just 
fine when both "Enable text wrapping" AND "Do not split 
words over two lines" enabled together.
