Under breezy 09 aout 2005 uptodate.
Gnome-volume-manager 1.3.2-0ubuntu4

I power up my notebook with a cd (or movie dvd) in the slot.
When i arrive under gnome the cd/dvd doesn't appear.
I had to manually eject it and re-insert it and it appeared under gnome.
