This upload fixes the issue according to upstream, could you try with it?

 gst-plugins0.8 (0.8.10-1ubuntu2) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/build-deps:
     - updated the Build-Depends on aalib.
   * debian/patches/01_audioscale.patch:
     - CVS patch, fix sound-juicer not starting reading track from the begin
       (Ubuntu: #13105).
