 control-center (1:2.11.91-0ubuntu2) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/23_default_soundcard_selector.patch:
     - Determining the default card by opening the default audio device does
       not work for cards which are not supported by dmix. Read out ~/.asoundrc
       in this case. This copies the ugly code from gnome-volume-manager, but
       the final solution asoundconf came too late for Breezy.
     - Ubuntu #12635

(Incidentially I also have a Logitech USB head set, and now it works :-) )
