When working in the Breezy's Gimp, if you select certain options under
"script-fu", you are supposed to see a dialog box to input further preferences.
 However, this dialog box is hidden behind the active gimp window.

To reproduce:
1) Open a new Gaim window
2) Script-Fu->Render->Grid
3) The grid preferences window opens behind the active window instead of in the
foreground.

I tested each Script-Fu selection, all had the exact same problem.  Filters and
Python-Fu selections did not exhibit the same results.
