Printing 2 pages to 1 in Breezy does not work in epiphany or evince. Works in
gedit and evolution

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up a PDF in evince or web page in epiphany
2. Print using the Generic Postcript to a file with paper set to "2 pages to 1"
3. Open up the ps in your favorite viewer

Actual results:
Printed as plain 1 to 1 pages.

Expected results:
Page prints 2 pages to 1

Other information:
Printing 2 pages to 1 in gedit or evolution successfully prints 2 pages to 1.
