Hi, both KDE and Windows have this action int he File menu and right 
click context menu, and they're self-explanatory.  I keep getting 
frustrated that I have to open up multiple windows to move things when 
just clicking this option would work.

I'm sure i posted this bug before, but I can't find it in "my bugs" or by 
searching so I hope it's not a duplicate
