I have the same problem with Breezy.

Here are some more details:

this happened after I removed one keyboard layout (I think that it was default
on install)
in the background I had OpenOffice.org Writer, but I guess it is not important.
When bug first appeared, the theme just started to dance - looking one second
like it should, one second totally unskinned.

After restart I have been offered to save crash report, and I'll atttach it here.

Now, if I get to Ubuntu, after initial "dancing" I get unskinned theme, and I
have something that is comparable to sign that image is missing in browser
instead of recycle bin and Show desktop icon
