Thanks for your bug. In fact the feature is coded and working, that was just due
to a lack of Build-Depends on the package and is fixed now with this upload. BTW
nice blog article :)

 rhythmbox (0.9.2-0ubuntu3) dapper; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/control.in:
     - Build-Depends on libmusicbrainz4-dev so rhythmbox does the CD
       query on internet (Ubuntu: #20363).
