------- Additional Comments From daniel.holbach at ubuntu.com  2005-12-08 19:10 UTC -------
 gnumeric (1.6.1-2ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low
 .
   * Resynchronized with Debian:
     - debian/control:
       - use python2.4 instead of python2.3, liblaunchpad-integration-dev.
     - configure.in, configure:
       - add launchpad-integration
     - src/wbc-gtk.c, src/GNOME_Gnumeric-gtk.xml.in:
       - Launchpage Integration.
     - debian/gnumeric.mime:
       - added Excel mime type.
 .
 gnumeric (1.6.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * [debian/gnumeric.templates, debian/gnumeric.preinst] New. Make a
     reasonable effort attempt to give the administrator the option of aborting
     an installation when there are running gnumeric processes (as those
     processes may not be able to function properly (in particular, save their
     data) when gnumeric is upgraded). (Closes: #286563, #290508)
   * [debian/rules] Added dh_installdebconf calls.
   * [debian/control] Added Suggests: debconf.
   * [debian/control] Dropped gnumeric-common Depends: gnumeric as it causes a
     circular dependency which is problematic in some upgrade scenarios.
     (Closes: #339925)
   * [debian/control] Added gnumeric-doc Suggests: docbook-xsl for the
     (navigation) images in the documentation. Made this a Suggests: rather
     than a Recommends: dependency as Recommends: dependencies are difficult to
     avoid in many package management frontends and the Recommends: of
     docbook-xsl itself (in particular: httpd) are not desirable on many
     systems. (Closes: #341572)
