I'm working to fix the first par of your report. This is because of change in
libgtop, i fixed multiload-applet but i didn't paid attention to system-monitor.

About the second part of your bug report, you should fill a seperate bug for
gnome-applets/multiload. Our memory accounting is correct, but may be we could
change the tooltip to display "user % + cache %".


Would you care enough to follow up on the upstream bug. If not, I can mediate.
