Would that really be considered a bug ? I agree that crashing shouldn't happen,
in any case, but doing random changes, as root, to configuration files is
deliberately looking for trouble... Isn't it ? I'm sure I can make a lot of
things crash if I edit /etc/passwd wrongly :)
