GUI freezes when attempting to cancel a print job on a remote CUPS queue. 
/etc/cups/client.conf specifies ServerName.  must kill gnome-cups-manager or use
gnome's "Force Quit"

However, 'cancel' succeeds from command line:
user at ubuntu:~$ cancel <jobid> <printername>
Password for user on printserver.localdomain?

Possibly related to bug 2665 "GUI does not let you specify AuthType Basic
credentials" ?
