this upload fixes the issue:

 control-center (1:2.11.6-0ubuntu1) breezy; urgency=low

     general:
     - expose the cursor theme settings as xsettings.
     - fix a typo with a .schemas name.
     - fix the markup usage of the XKB dialog.
     - make the copy dialog consistent with nautilus.

     - fix some typo (Clytie Siddall) (#302614)
     - set dialog icon (Jaap A. Haitsma) (#309342)
     - HIG fixes (Dennis Cranston) (#309952)
     - improve the behaviour of the capplet when using large images.
     - commit the changes so that we don't loose any data.
     - fix image loading when draging an image on the image button.
     - change the maxium width and height permitted on an image.
     background:
     - fixed some leaks.
     - replace GnomeIconTheme by GtkIconTheme.
     mouse:
     - new cursor theme manager for the mouse capplet.
   * debian/control.in:
     - updated the Build-Depends.
   * debian/patches/22_bkg_capplet_follow_symlink.patch:
     - updated.
