Thanks for your bug. This upload fixes the issue:

 gnome-utils (2.11.2-0ubuntu2) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/control.in:
     - reworked the description, mention gnome-screenshot (Ubuntu: #12806).


By default gnome-utils is installed, and this issue is not specific to
gnome-utils. Anyway that could be the subject for an another bug, but to trivial
to do and not a big win since it happens only if users remove a recommanded package.
