Ubuntu | epiphany-browser
Summary: epiphany asks to recover when opening link from external
app
Product: Ubuntu
Version: unspecified
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: epiphany-browser
AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
ReportedBy: michael at endbracket.net
QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
After upgrading to Breezy, clicking on a link from an external application (such
as Evolution) with Epiphany set as the default browser often causes the recovery
dialog to appear.
Epiphany appears to have exited unexpectedly the last time it was run. You
can recover the opened windows and tabs.
This might only happen if at some point Epiphany did crash. Possibly it's just
that restarting the application doesn't clear the crashed flag (possibly also
only if you answer Don't Recover to the dialog).
