This upload fixes the issue:
control-center (1:2.11.90-0ubuntu1) breezy; urgency=low
.
* New upstream version:
general:
- change the way XKB GConf preferences are handled so that:
1) GConf keys are never written unless the user changes the preferences
2) If the keys are unset, the default XKB settings are used
- remove wm-properties.
- switch to gnome-doc-utils.
- set windows' icon for the keyboard dialogs.
- try to run gnome-screensaver before xscreensaver.
- set a default icon for the capplets.
about-me:
- change the order of the buttons to match the HIG .
background:
- if xmlParseFile returns NULL, then just return,
rather than trying to parse the document.
- update menu option when scrolling with the mouse.
- use GtkColorButton instead of GnomeColorPicker.
ui-properties:
- show a label with the "Text beside icons" mode.
* debian/control.in:
- Depends on xrdb (Ubuntu: #12944).
- updated the Build-Depends.
* debian/patches/13_unlink_out_of_date_thumbs.patch:
- updated.
* debian/patches/14_dont_override_user_removals.patch:
- fixed upstream.

- fixed with the new version.c

- updated.

- don't update scrollkeeper files on build.
