When moving a message to a folder on an imap server, with imap4rev1 selected as
the server type, Error is Bad invalid date-time in append command.  This does
not occur if imap is chosen as the server type.  The request (as seen in
Ethereal) looks like:

Request: APPEND INBOX.Incoming.Ubuntu (\Seen) "28-Jul-2005 11:28:14 +144 00" {5209}
