I don't think it is a bug or a nautilus issue. Windows has weird file name
limitations, I won't like to be forced to play with those. 

It would be annoying if:
- nautilus were to strip any trailing whitespaces by default
- nautilus gave some pop-up dialog or some other notification each time I had a
file name that didn't work well on Windows.

Instead, I think the best way would be for yourself to not put trailing
whitespaces (or other characters Windows can't understand) in your filenames if
you know you're going to use it on Windows.
