Thanks for your bugreport.

I can't reproduce the problem here. What I did was:
1. clicked on "System/Administration/Networking"
  -> a window with a gksu dialog appears
2. Enter my password
  -> the network admin window opens
3. Log out (without saving the session) 
  -> everything closes
4. Login again
   -> no error message

I tried step (3) with "save session" and on the next login I got a prompt to
enter my password and after that network-admin started up.

I tried this on a half-hoary half-breezy system.
