This is a gnome bug, the libgnomeui package needs to be fixed in ubuntu.
I just checked the ubuntu package, the bug is not reported nor fixed. 
It doesn't seem to be fixed yet in debian experimental either, so you could try
to downgrade to 2.10
You should report the bug.
