When I open a document from the "Recent Documents" menu, it does not open the
document using the program I used to open it with.  It doesn't remember the last
program I used to open that document.

Heres an example I opened a JPG file with GIMP for editing, when I came back to
the recent documents menu to open edit the image, instead it opened EOG.
