Summary: Printer not detected (HP Deskjet 3650)
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: gnome-cups-manager
        AssignedTo: martin.pitt at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: murrayc at murrayc.com
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

With Breezy, when inserting the USB cable for my HP Deskjet 3650 printer, no GUI
was shown, though dmesg shows that the printer has been recognised. Using the
Administration/Printing New Printer wizard, the printer is not listed under
detected printers, but it works if I select it from the list.

I don't think this worked in Hoary either, though it does in FC3.
