Sorry if it's a bit early for filing dapper bugs. Anyhow, FWIW the battery
applet in gnome is not showing my battery status or AC power status. "acpi" in
the terminal works dine, just for some reason the battery applet isn't seeing
it. Computer is a Thinkpad T43 (specs on the URL page)
