Summary: Mount removable devices under /media/$label
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: nautilus
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: Nikolaus at rath.org
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

Currently, usb devices are mounted under /media/devicename. That means the
mountpoints depends on the order that usb devices are plugged in. This is quite
inconvenient when you have to refer to some of the files in configuration files
etc. A better behaviour would be if each partition would me mounted using its
label, the devicename should only be used as a fallback.
