If there were an unofficial package of 2.12.1 at some point in the future,
wouldn't 2.12.O be considered newer by apt? 

It's certainly not a big deal in practice, since ubuntu usually just ships the
.0 version of the gnome packages, but it might be problematic for third parties,
or maintainers of packages that depend on gnome-media, not that there are any.

Just wanted to point out the typo, it certainly won't affect me whether it's
fixed or not.
