when I open a new tab or window, the keyboard focus is not in the location bar.
 according to the upstream changelog, it looks like this bug should have been fixed.

I have noticed an improvement from older versions of epiphany: the location bar
is blank, and focus is not stolen from the location bar when the homepage
finishes loading.  However, the keyboard focus does not default to the location bar.
