The problem is that after a hotplug-event the script /etc/hotplug/usb/libgphoto2
which changes the access-permissions of the device-file /proc/bus/usb/x/y to rw
for group plugdev is not run. Moving and renaming the script to
/etc/hotplug.d/usb/libgphoto2.hotplug solves the problem. Looks like there was
some change in hotplug to use hotplug.d now which was not communicated to everyone?
