Thanks for your bug. What do you mean by "read"? The window's title is "Toolbar
editor" here with a C locale. What locale do you use?

The en_GB.po has:

#: ../shell/ev-window.c:1990
msgid "Toolbar editor"
msgstr "_Toolbar editor"

Which is a translation issue. Do you use this locale?
