The menu entry is changed from 'The GIMP' to 'GIMP Image Editor' with a patch,
and it seems the new entry is untranslatable.

Two possible solutions (hopefully there are better ones):
- ask the GIMP developers to include this string in mainstream (even if it won't
be used by them);
- notify the translators about this and manually add the translations. This is
more of a workaround for breezy.
The pt_BR (Brazilian Portuguese translation) is: "Editor de Imagens GIMP"
