Thanks for your bug. Does it happen with all the files and every selection you
do? What is "LMB"? Why do you doubt it's a duplicate of the other selection bug?
Could you get a backtrace with a debug build of poppler
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash)?
