if you drag/drop text into nautilus the created file has sometimes the type
application/octet-stream instead of text/plain - though it works fine most of
the time.
I only found out that it occurs for sure if the dragged text contains some
special chars like "äöü", but there are also some other occasions, where this
doesnt apply and the file is still corrupted.
