It's saying your computer is slow because it's being slowed by those messages
that appear on screen.

However this is a bug that is very strange since it's related to
nautilus-cd-burner package which didn't change signal (see
http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/nautilus-cd-burner/nautilus-burn-recorder.h?rev=1.7&view=markup).

I can't correct it until I understand it why this is happening.
